We are locals who live in and love Christchurch. We have seen all these damaged houses, and are very proud to be involved in part of the Christchurch rebuild.
Firstly we are property enthusiasts, some of us have been builders, others have studied property at university. Bottom line, we are passionate about houses, and love doing renovations and repairs.
We have been buying enough damaged houses now, to know whats involved in the process, and we get them up to and over any standard for insurance.
